Welcome back to CBD Yoga And Fitness and welcome to this Gentle Bedtime Yoga For Beginners video. This is a very soothing and relaxing 35 minute yoga sequence that is a great way to end the day and prepare your body and mind for a great nights sleep. This at home yoga video is great for complete beginners and anybody who is looking to add something new to their bedtime routine. In this video we will be during some Pranayama (Breathing) exercises along with a series of yoga poses to help us deeply relax. I encourage you to put on something comfortable and and get as relaxed as you can. Feel free to light a candle, brew some tea or do whatever you need to do.
